This website is operated by Vato Tuned. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vato Tuned. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.

Off-road and race use only

Many of our products, including our standalone engine management, ignition and tuning products, are intended for off-road and competition use only. They may not be legal for use on public roads or in vehicles subject to emissions regulations in your area. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to your vehicle and how you use it.

Installation and tuning

Our products should be installed and tuned by a qualified person following the documentation we provide. Engine management, ignition and ECU work carry risk of damage to the engine, vehicle and electronics if done incorrectly. You accept that risk when you install, configure or tune our products, and we are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, tuning, modification or misuse.

Products and pricing

We try to describe our products, specifications and compatibility accurately, but we do not guarantee that every description is complete or error-free. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product was listed at an incorrect price, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vato Tuned is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including engine or vehicle damage, lost time or lost profits, arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, drawings and documentation, belongs to Vato Tuned and may not be copied or redistributed without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
