Refund policy

Returns

You can return most items within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be new, unused and uninstalled, in its original packaging, with all included parts.

Before sending anything back, email info@vatotuned.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an authorization may not be accepted.

Items that can't be returned

Any item that has been installed, soldered, wired in or otherwise used
Custom or made-to-order harnesses and parts
Opened chips, ICs and capacitor kits
Installation services

Restocking fee and shipping

Returns that are not the result of our error or a defect are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We recommend a tracked, insured shipping method, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

If we sent the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping and no restocking fee applies. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

We'll inspect your return when it arrives and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take some time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the item you want.
