Vato Tuned Dash-7

Vato Tuned Dash-7 is a programmable digital dashboard — one screen that gathers every reading coming off your engine management and displays it as gauges, numeric readouts and warning lights.

Setup runs in a web browser over the dash's own Wi-Fi — no laptop, no app and no software to install. Load your DBC file and the channels are ready to assign in seconds.

Features :

• Communication : CAN-bus at 250 kbps, 500 kbps or 1 Mbps with 11-bit and 29-bit identifiers, OBD2 Mode 01 and Mode 22, Wi-Fi streaming from FOME and other TunerStudio-compatible ECUs, a configurable heartbeat frame, and 32x user-defined channels from any combination of sources.
• 6x button CAN keypad : the touchscreen doubles as a CAN keypad over CANopen or J1939 — press a button to switch fans, pumps, lights or anything else on the bus. Each button takes its own label or icon and colours, and lights up with the state the receiving module sends back, so there is no separate keypad to mount and wire.
• DBC import : load your DBC file and pick signals from a list — no byte offsets or bit positions to work out by hand. Single-bit status flags import correctly, TunerStudio INI files load the same way, and every channel takes its own scaling, offset, units and name.
• 11x gauges : 8x configurable gauge widgets and 3x large numeric readouts, each assigned to any channel you choose, with your own label, units and decimal places.
• 3x layouts : arc, bar and full gauge tachometer styles with an adjustable redline, switched at any time without removing the dash.
• 4x inputs : for oil pressure, brake, high beam, turn signals or any other switch, each with its own warning icon, active and idle colours, and optional alarm.
• Alarms : a high or low limit on any gauge, warning the driver on screen in red and through the built-in buzzer at an adjustable pulse rate, selectable per alarm.
• Personalisation : full colour control across the whole display, your own start-up logo and background image, plain-language labels so a gear position reads N or R instead of a number, automatic night dimming from a headlight input, and a trip meter and odometer in miles or kilometres.
• Hardware : 7″ 800 × 480 touchscreen driven by a 32-bit processor, with configuration export and restore, over-the-air firmware updates and continuing development.
